The ‘Regional Operations Manager, Driver Lifecycle’ role is a critical role within the organization. In this role, you will be developing and leading our acquisition, onboarding, and resurrection strategy for drivers across EMEA - and own the driver lifecycle investment framework.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect Driver Lifecycle & Growth Strategy: Lead the acquisition, onboarding, and resurrection strategy for drivers across the EMEA region. In this role, you will go deep into driver lifecycle metrics (top of funnel, in-funnel, resurrection), to identify friction points, unlock incremental growth, and to design scalable processes for markets in the region
  • Strategic Investment: Own the driver lifecycle investment framework. You’ll identify efficiencies in acquisition costs and incrementality optimisation across spend levers
  • Bridge Product & Ops: Act as the connective tissue between global Product teams and local Operations. You’ll influence the product roadmap based on regional needs and lead the rollout of new features
  • Scale Best Practices: Transition ambiguous market challenges into structured, scalable SOPs that can be deployed across EMEA markets
  • You will contribute to setting the vision, direction, and priorities for the Driver Lifecycle team more generally
  • You will work closely with a broad set of cross-functional partners across CRM, Product, Performance Marketing, Tax, Legal, Data Science, In-Market Operations teams and more

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology/consulting/or other fast-paced operational environments. Experience working with Product on feature launches, etc. is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills: You'll have experience dealing with complex data sets using Gsheet, Excel, SQL
  • validating insights and synthesizing recommendations
  • Project management skills: You have a proven understanding of the project management fundamentals, and can implement cross-functional projects. You are process-driven & can convert ambiguous business requirements into structured business processes with standard operating procedures
  • Good communication and collaboration skills: You are good at working with diverse teams, understanding different perspectives and building solutions together
  • Strategic Mindset: You are comfortable in the detail, but are also able to see the bigger picture and pivot strategically as the environment around you changes

  • Experience in central or local operations, particularly in a Growth or Marketplace role is a strong plus
