Regional Operations Director

Responsible for all elements of the operations of Baruch Senior Ministries Facilities in the assigned region including Administrator development, quality resident care, budgets, marketing and census, state license compliance, maintenance, safety and security in our homes

• A passion for caring for the elderly
• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred, from an accredited program in business or healthcare administration, psychology, education, social work, special education, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, or a closely related field
• 6-8 years working with healthcare operational management and/or experience in managing operations at multiple locations
• Must be team oriented, well organized and decisive
• Action and results orientation is required
• Ability to manage multiple homes
• Must have exceptional analytical, problem identification and problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in word, outlook, and other software programs used by Baruch
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Travel is a significant part of the job
• Applicant must have the ability to travel to assigned facilities on a regular basis and have a clean driving record

Working knowledge of assisted living operations is preferred
