Job Description

A distribution company specializing in everyday consumer goods, located in Ville Saint-Laurent, is currently seeking a Regional Operational Coordinator.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage data in SharePoint and on a server (contracts, reports, invoices)
  • Manage all service contracts and renewals
  • Purchase required supplies for all warehouses (locker keys, business cards, forklift and walkie-talkie logbooks, etc.)
  • Conduct research for supplies, services, information, and major purchases (vehicles, shelving/racking, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory and Quality Control (QC) departments when required to resolve issues impacting operations
  • Approve invoices received for services, supplies, and contracts
  • Create new equipment entries in the database
  • Perform inventory adjustments in Dynamics or, in the near future, in Business Central
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of new warehouse operations and procedures across different locations
  • Participate in the reorganization and layout of warehouses and offices at various sites
  • Any other related tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Bilingualism: Essential (French/English). You will be required to communicate daily with stakeholders in the USA
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is a strong asset)
  • Solid understanding of service contracts and technical building components (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
