Job Responsibility

Managing and monitoring all areas of spa operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Demonstrating and reinforcing exceptional customer service to promote guest satisfaction and retention
Supporting and overseeing marketing initiatives and coordinating reputation management efforts
Forecasting revenue, managing labor costs, monitoring expenses against budget, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance
Managing and reviewing operational reports and systems to ensure accurate guest records and reporting
Addressing employee call-outs and day-of scheduling challenges
Supporting both spa locations to ensure they meet or exceed performance goals
