Job Responsibility:
Proactively managing and supporting a catering team
Creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence
Recruiting, training, supporting and people development to deliver an efficient, high quality service
Maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison
Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care
Act as the designated regional trainer for Textured Modified Food (TMF), delivering training, support, and best-practice guidance to colleagues
Requirements:
Proven leadership ability
Genuine interest in customer service excellence
A strong team player, highly confident and positive
Catering experience with chef skills (contract catering is desirable)
Senior chef management experience essential
