Job Description

At Caterplus, we don’t just serve food - we create warm, welcoming spaces where the over-55 community can connect, share, and enjoy great company over delicious meals. Every dish is made with care, fresh ingredients, and a big helping of heart. You would be generally covering sites that are in within a 50-mile radius from your home, however from time to time, further afield.

Job Responsibility

  • Motivating and managing a team
  • Controlling and managing a budget
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  • Act as the designated regional trainer for Textured Modified Food (TMF), delivering training, support, and best-practice guidance to colleagues

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence
  • Focused on the front line
  • Proven team leader experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
  • Previous experience within catering desirable
