Job Description:

As the Regional Merchandising Manager, you will be the driving force behind the product performance for Japan. Your role is crucial in ensuring that sales and inventory levels align with market demand and company goals. You will work closely with supply chain teams to manage seasonal product launches, optimize stock levels, and support sales growth. Acting as the bridge between the Japan market and global headquarters, you will influence product strategy and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of merchandising plans. Your insights will directly impact product launches and sales outcomes in the region.

Job Responsibility:

Drive product performance for the Japan market
Understand and share the company’s product strategy locally, translate it into local action-plans
Be the voice of the region towards HQ Merchandising

Requirements:

Strong sense for products, luxury/fashion savvy
Minimum 5-10 years experience in merchandising or merchandising planning with regional exposures
Fluent in spoken and written English
Entrepreneur spirit, resourceful & hard-working
