Job Description

Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional MDS Coordinator (RN/LPN) to support our West Region facilities. This role is ideal for a clinical Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) professional who is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and driving excellent resident outcomes across multiple communities.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and care planning processes for two skilled nursing facilities with small census populations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Active RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Missouri
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
  • Knowledge of RAI process, state and federal regulations, and reimbursement systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across two locations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
