Job Responsibility
Lead the strategic direction and optimal adoption of the enterprise marketing technology ecosystem across the APAC region
Partner with regional business leaders to align technology solutions with customer engagement strategies and business growth priorities
Oversee the continuous expansion and onboarding of centralized customer communication platforms into local markets
Design and execute comprehensive training and enablement programs to build strong, independent local operational capabilities
Represent the APAC region within global forums to ensure regional commercial requirements shape the overarching platform roadmap
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations within a multi-market setup
Professional familiarity with tier-1 enterprise customer engagement platforms and omni-channel marketing automation frameworks
Proven ability to operate independently within a matrixed corporate structure to drive digital execution forward
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the capability to advise, influence, and align cross-functional teams
Strong baseline knowledge of regional electronic communication regulations and data protection frameworks across APAC markets
