This is an exciting regional opportunity for a dynamic professional to orchestrate and optimize customer engagement tools across multiple territories across the region.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the strategic direction and optimal adoption of the enterprise marketing technology ecosystem across the APAC region
  • Partner with regional business leaders to align technology solutions with customer engagement strategies and business growth priorities
  • Oversee the continuous expansion and onboarding of centralized customer communication platforms into local markets
  • Design and execute comprehensive training and enablement programs to build strong, independent local operational capabilities
  • Represent the APAC region within global forums to ensure regional commercial requirements shape the overarching platform roadmap

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations within a multi-market setup
  • Professional familiarity with tier-1 enterprise customer engagement platforms and omni-channel marketing automation frameworks
  • Proven ability to operate independently within a matrixed corporate structure to drive digital execution forward
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the capability to advise, influence, and align cross-functional teams
  • Strong baseline knowledge of regional electronic communication regulations and data protection frameworks across APAC markets
