Job Description

The Regional Marketing Specialist – Asia Pacific is a vital role focused on driving localized marketing strategies and executing impactful field marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This position collaborates closely with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director, Sales teams, and Global Marketing team to enhance customer engagement and accelerate pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of field marketing experience with a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Prior experience in Business-to-Business marketing, preferably within the healthcare or logistics sectors
  • Field marketing expertise
  • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot)
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful field events, trade shows, and other customer engagement activities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including Search Engine Optimization, Pay-Per-Click, social media marketing, and email campaigns
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required
