Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop day-to-day regional marketing activity to hit property lead targets
Plan, deliver and analyse seasonal and reactive campaigns with clear ROI measurement
Monitor acquisition performance and report on funnel metrics and conversion
Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal cost per lead
Motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team
Oversee social media strategy and strengthen local brand presence
Build regional audiences and support events to generate new leads
Manage email marketing and owner database activity in line with GDPR
Continuously review processes to improve efficiency, performance and compliance
