Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager, Digital & Communications, Rest of Asia (ROA) is responsible for leading digital, media, and brand communications across multiple markets in the ROA region, working in close partnership with country marketing managers. The role oversees above-the-line (ATL) marketing activities, including owned digital channels, paid media campaigns, content such as newsletters, and public relations, ensuring consistent and effective execution across markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and marketing communications
  • At least 4+ years in a regional role (APAC and/or Southeast Asia preferred)
  • Experience leading in-house digital and communications for a global brand based in APAC or agency experience managing a regional remit
  • People management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of leading regional brand communications
  • Strong writing and editing capability
  • Deep familiarity with key APAC and Southeast Asia digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of social and digital analytics
  • Proven experience in agency selection and management
  • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Working knowledge of Thai is a plus
  • Experience within distribution, point-of-sale, or retail environments is an advantage
