This is a strategic Regional Marketing Manager position acting as a sole contributor with a primary focus on the Malaysia market. You will be responsible for driving the brand's presence across the SEA region while ensuring the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives. This role requires a hybrid professional who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on content creation. You will manage specialized external agencies and work closely with regional partners to amplify the brand’s reach.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the branding and marketing strategy for Malaysia and the wider SEA region
Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, specifically overseeing SEO initiatives and website optimization projects
Take a hands-on approach to content creation and email marketing
oversee the brand’s LinkedIn presence
Manage relationships with distribution partners to co-organize and execute events
Serve as a central hub for communication
Reinvigorate and monitor SEO and digital performance metrics
Requirements:
Minimum of 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally with a background in B2B environments
Experience in SaaS or professional services is highly preferred
A mixture of agency and in-house experience is considered a significant advantage
Proven experience managing or coordinating marketing activities across SEA markets
Exceptional English communication skills are mandatory
Must be a strategic doer
Familiarity with managing SEO, website CMS, and digital marketing funnels
