Job Description

We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Intern (6-month Pflichtpraktikum) to be a crucial force in driving our growth in the DACH market. Your creative and skilled approach will directly support and realize impactful marketing campaigns and local initiatives that matter to this key region. This is a chance to leave your mark by supporting creative campaigns and executing high-value events and content. You'll connect the dots between regional marketing, partner marketing, sales, customer success, product marketing and design, gaining first-hand experience in a fast-moving fintech company, right at the heart of Munich.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the creation and publishing of diverse content, including customer stories, landing pages for online and in-person events, white papers, videos and more
  • Own content management, and ensure accuracy and consistency across DE, AT and CH content and event-hubs through Framer (our content management system)
  • Manage event logistics and support execution for sponsored events, Mollie-hosted events, and tradeshows within the DACH region
  • Draft and coordinate all event marketing efforts, including event invitations, email campaigns, social posts, guest lists, and event landing pages
  • Support with campaign and event administration in Workday
  • Coordinate merchandise logistics, stock, and inventory, working closely with all international offices, and tracking the monthly budget/actuals and volume

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C2 or native) and business proficiency in English
  • Currently studying or just finished studies in marketing, hospitality, leisure management, or a similar field
  • A proactive, creative, and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the German-speaking market and its cultural nuances
  • You are enrolled in a degree programme that requires a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) and are based in or able to commute to Munich
