The aim of a Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, retail partners and our points of sales. This position is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of points of sales to ensure operational excellence throughout the network. Reporting to the Head of Regional Managers, you will be targeted on driving like-for-like sales performance as well as building consistently strong relationships with both franchise partners and retail stores that we operate within.

Coach and support franchise partners

Ensure clear communication between head office and sales outlets

Be the key contact for the retailer

Be a source of information on retail concepts and competitors
Drive sales revenues by managing kiosk KPIs
Ensure product quality and recipe compliance
Control hygiene and uniform rules
Establish pro-active sales activities
Create and implement sales training
Organize sales competitions
Ensure e-learning training completion
Conduct retailer business reviews
Be the brand representative
Visit franchise partners monthly
Record visits
Gain franchisee trust
Coach partners on business optimization
Conduct bi-annual business reviews
Assure contract compliance
Sign off new Franchise Partners
Create operational documentation
Implement action plans from surveys
Carry out monthly store visits
Perform product quality checks
Coach on corrective actions
Check marketing campaign deployment

Requirements:
