Requirements:
Proven experience in a regional or multi-site management role (hospitality, serviced offices, premium retail or customer-led environments)
Strong people leader with a coaching, influencing leadership style
Exceptionally polished, emotionally intelligent and brand-focused
Passionate about service excellence, detail and consistency
Flexible and confident working across multiple London locations.
