Job Description

Vertu Accident Repair is continuing to grow, and we are now recruiting for a Regional Manager to support our Accident Repair Centres across the South of England. As our Accident Repair Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across the region, supporting our Repair Centres to achieve their operational and financial targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role will support Accident Repair sites across the South, covering locations from Nottingham to Truro. With regular travel required. We are flexible on the successful candidate’s home location.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of multiple Accident Repair Centres
  • Ensuring each site operates in line with Group standards, values, and objectives
  • Leading, developing, and motivating management teams
  • Promoting colleague engagement, retention, and continuous improvement
  • Driving operational excellence and financial performance
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer journey for both dealership partners and retail customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Regional or Multi‑Site Management role
  • Strong background within the Accident Repair / Bodyshop sector
  • Sound knowledge of financial performance and management accounts
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • A confident level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office packages
  • A full UK driving licence
