The aim of a Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, retail partners and our points of sales. This position is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of points of sales to ensure operational excellence throughout the network. Reporting to the Head of Regional Managers, you will be targeted on driving like-for-like sales performance as well as building consistently strong relationships with both franchise partners and retail stores that we operate within. Using internal tools and resources, you should have an acute business acumen when it comes to analysing stats and figures, identifying weak areas, and sensing the opportunity for growth and improvement within your allocated region.
Job Responsibility:
Guarantee performance delivery of individual points of sale
Coach and support franchise partners
Implement company policy, quality standards, marketing initiatives, and regulatory/legal procedures
Ensure clear communication between head office and sales outlets
Ensure customer satisfaction
Be the key contact for the retailer
Responsible for contract renewal
Be a source of information on retail concepts and competitors
Drive sales revenues by managing kiosk KPIs
Ensure partners utilize production management techniques
Establish pro-active sales activities

Conduct retailer business reviews
Be the brand representative
Work to ensure brand consistency
Visit franchise partners monthly
Record visits in GEMBA

Complete sign-off of new Franchise Partners

Be the Sushi Daily brand representative at the local level

Record each visit in GEMBA
Gain the trust of franchisees and ensure their job satisfaction
Coach franchise partners on business optimization
Conduct business reviews with franchise partners
Assure respect of the global contract agreement
Complete thorough sign-off process of new Franchise Partners
Be involved in creating documentation on processes and kiosk operations
Work to implement actions from Partner Survey Action Plans
Carry out monthly store visits
Perform monthly product quality checks
Coach partners on corrective actions
Check marketing campaigns are deployed correctly
Ensure global company standards of performance are followed
