Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-site London operation. This is a business-critical leadership role with full responsibility for regional performance, commercial delivery, customer excellence, and people leadership across the region. Suited to a commercially driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, the successful Regional Manager will know how to build high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and deliver results. The successful Regional Manager will lead from the front, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence while identifying opportunities to support long-term growth and business performance. We’re looking for a leader who can balance strong commercial focus with a people-first approach.
