Job Description

The aim of a Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, retail partners and our points of sales. This position is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of points of sales to ensure operational excellence throughout the network. Reporting to the Head of Regional Managers, you will be targeted on driving like-for-like sales performance as well as building consistently strong relationships with both franchise partners and retail stores that we operate within.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure clear communication between head office and sales outlets

  • Be the key contact for the retailer

  • Be a source of information on retail concepts and competitors
  • Drive sales revenues by managing kiosk KPIs
  • Ensure marketing campaign participation
  • Check product quality and recipe adherence
  • Control hygiene and uniform compliance
  • Establish pro-active sales activities
  • Create sales training programs
  • Organize sales competitions
  • Conduct retailer business reviews
  • Represent the brand locally
  • Visit franchise partners monthly
  • Record visits in GEMBA
  • Build trust with franchisees
  • Coach partners on business optimisation
  • Conduct bi-annual business reviews
  • Assure contract compliance
  • Sign off new Franchise Partners
  • Ensure training compliance
  • Create documentation for kiosk operations
  • Implement actions from Partner Surveys
  • Carry out monthly store visits

Requirements

  • Act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, retail partners and points of sales
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of points of sales
  • Drive like-for-like sales performance
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and retail stores
  • Analyze stats and figures to identify weak areas and opportunities
  • Guarantee performance delivery of individual points of sale
  • Coach and support franchise partners to operate cost-efficiently
  • Implement company policy, quality standards, marketing initiatives, and legal procedures
  • Ensure clear communication between head office and sales outlets
  • Be the key contact for the retailer at local and regional level
  • Responsible for the renewal of existing contracts
  • Be a source of information on new retail concepts and competitors
  • Drive sales revenues by detailed management of all kiosk KPIs
  • Ensure marketing campaign participation results >90%
  • Check product quality and respect of recipes
  • Control hygiene basics and uniform compliance
  • Establish pro-active sales activities (e.g., 2 tastings per day)
  • Create and implement sales training programs
  • Organize internal sales competitions
  • Conduct retailer business reviews
  • Represent the Sushi Daily brand at the local level
  • Visit each franchise partner once a month
  • Record each visit in GEMBA
  • Gain the trust of franchisees and ensure their job satisfaction
  • Coach franchise partners to optimise their business
  • Conduct bi-annual business reviews with franchise partners
  • Assure respect of the global contract agreement
  • Complete thorough sign-off process for new Franchise Partners
  • Ensure training around store regulation is followed
  • Carry out monthly store visits
  • Perform monthly product quality checks
  • Coach partners on corrective actions
  • Check marketing campaigns are deployed correctly
  • Ensure global company standards are followed
  • Ensure franchise partners complete Compliance and product e-learning modules
