The 51 clubs of TrainMore are divided into several regions. As a Regional Manager, you are responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the area you manage, covering around 15 clubs. Monitoring and maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, sales, and maintenance across the gyms in your region are key responsibilities. Daily check-ins with your Club Managers are essential to track performance and support the development of your clubs. You are expected to visit each club at least twice a month, proactively coach on the floor, and provide professional reports, suggestions, and action plans to the Operations Director.
Job Responsibility:
Hiring and development of the Club Managers within your area
Proactively coaching your teams on sales and operations to ensure consistency of our performance
Continuous monitoring of our KPI’s: satisfaction of our members and staff, sales performance, cleanliness, and maintenance of the gyms
Creating ambitious but realistic targets that promote growth within every club you manage
Professional development of your Club Managers and their staff through mentoring, coaching and feedback
Selection of the club staff in collaboration with Club Managers
Weekly reporting to the Operations Director on overall performance
Requirements:
