Job Responsibility:

  • Take full leadership responsibility for a cluster of branches
  • Accountable for driving financial performance with direct responsibility for a regional P&L of £5 million+
  • Develop and deliver medium to long-term operational strategies
  • Ensure each branch operates to its full potential
