Job Responsibility

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store strategies are effectively implemented
  • Inspire and lead your team, providing exceptional training and fostering a culture of growth and development
  • Manage wage expenditure, create effective rosters and ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
  • Work with the Talent Team to recruit team members who fit our brand and culture, and ensure thorough induction and training processes
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging integrity, respect, and open communication

Requirements

  • Proven experience in regional management, preferably with a medium to large retailer
  • Strong selling skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent people management and visual merchandising skills
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude with a can-do approach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Adaptable and self-aware, able to drive business initiatives
