Job Description

The Regional Manager oversees the end-to-end operations of our proprietary, 1P delivery-only sites across the UAE, spanning both our restaurant (Editions) and retail (HOP) verticals. This is a high-impact leadership role that balances 'boots-on-the-ground' operational rigour with mid-to-long-term strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the end-to-end operations of proprietary, 1P delivery-only sites across the UAE
  • Drive KPIs and supervising compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain a constant physical presence at sites
  • Act as the lead for regional regulatory relationships
  • Manage the operational lines of the P&L
  • Host and participate in Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing Area Manager team
  • Own and champion relationships with host brand partners, site owners, and senior leadership
  • Lead projects and pilots aimed at testing the next generation of 1P retail and automated logistics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–4 years of F&B, FMCG, or Grocery experience, with a proven track record in Area or Regional Management
  • Operational Ownership with a 'Total Ownership' mindset
  • Expert at managing and influencing the P&L with a focus on operational expenditure
  • Ability to craft concise, insightful narratives for WBR and MBR reports
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a high comfort level in numbers
  • The grit to define how your role is best achieved in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of autonomy
  • Excellent ability to influence senior stakeholders while motivating a multi-national, diverse site-level workforce
