Job Description

Helzberg is seeking a results-oriented Regional Manager to lead a high-performing group of retail stores in the Pennsylvania / New Jersey/ New York region. This role is ideal for a strategic, people-focused leader who excels at driving performance, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage Business Operations: Analyze trends, prioritize initiatives, and implement solutions that drive profitability and operational excellence across the region. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, along with driving early adoption of new programs/processes
  • Deliver Results: Create and execute action plans to exceed sales, service, and productivity targets across key performance areas
  • Staff Region: Ensure alignment of talent to business needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and partner with leadership to fill vacancies quickly and effectively
  • Develop Associates: Lead training initiatives, coach store leaders, and build bench strength for future leadership roles. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Manage Associate Performance: Utilize performance tools to assess and improve individual and team performance. Address issues proactively and partner with HR to ensure accountability and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or retail management and 3–5 years of progressive retail store leadership, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-store management experience and/or Helzberg MDP graduate preferred
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Nebraska/Iowa/S. Dakota area (relocation assistance available)
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
