As a Regional Manager of Operations in Southern California at Sollis Health, you will provide strategic and tactical leadership for our concierge emergency and urgent care clinics within your region reporting directly to the VP, Operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic and tactical leadership for concierge emergency and urgent care clinics
Oversight of the leadership team, front desk coordinators, radiology team, lab team and clinical support team
Provide a safe and compassionate experience for members and families
Provide a supportive and productive environment for Providers and team members
Work on process improvement opportunities, strategic planning and clinical integration opportunities
Provide support and guidance to Supervisors, clinical staff and senior leadership regarding operations and patient care delivery
Oversee region’s medical centers and house call operations
Develop and execute short and long term strategic operating plans and KPIs
Oversee all facility management ensuring cleanliness and adherence to OSHA protocols
Partner with Regional Medical Director to improve processes
Proactively review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and/or procedures
Manage internal operating protocols and communicate updates
Ensure teams and clinics are compliant with mandatories, licenses and certifications
Analyze and ensure efficient workflows, developing and implementing improvements
Develop and refine staffing models for current and future centers
Ensure scheduling is conducted efficiently
Ensure bi-weekly payroll is completed on time
Assist in the development of quality improvement programs
Enhance the patient experience and ensure high-quality delivery of care
Ensure patient records are kept secure and HIPAA compliant
Monitor the annual operating budget
Monitor regional membership renewal rates
Create, enhance and regularly update metrics dashboards
Partner with VP of Operations and People team for recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management
Partner with Expansion team on opening new centers
Partner with Commercial team to develop strategic growth opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
MBA, MHA or related strongly preferred
8+ years of experience in physician practices, urgent care centers or hospital service lines
Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
Previous track record of high levels of patient and employee satisfaction
Working knowledge of EHRs and CRMs required
Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management, physicians, clinicians, support staff and customers
Excellent oral/written communication skills are essential
Must possess a strong process improvement and financial management expertise
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and practice management
The ability to work efficiently and autonomously
Ability to think out of the box and challenge the status quo
