The aim of the Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, our retail partners, and our points of sale. This role is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of kiosks to ensure operational excellence across the network.

Driving like‑for‑like sales performance
Building strong and consistent relationships with franchise partners and retail stores
Using internal tools to analyse performance, identify weaknesses, and detect opportunities for growth and improvement in your region
Guarantee the performance delivery of each point of sale in your region
Coach and support franchise partners to operate efficiently and maximise profitability
Implement company policies, quality standards, marketing initiatives, and regulatory/legal procedures
Ensure smooth communication between head office and sales outlets
Make customer satisfaction the priority of all point‑of‑sale actions
Act as the key contact for retailers at local and regional levels
Manage renewal of existing contracts with retailers
Share insights on market trends, new retail concepts, and competitors
Actively manage kiosk KPIs
Ensure production management techniques are used to grow revenues
