Job Description

The aim of a Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, retail partners and our points of sales. This position is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of points of sales to ensure operational excellence throughout the network. Reporting to the Country Operations Manager Germany, you will be focused on driving like-for-like sales performance as well as building consistently strong relationships with both franchise partners and retail stores that we operate within.

Job Responsibility

  • Guarantee performance delivery of individual points of sale in region
  • Coach and support franchise partners for cost-efficient operation and profitability
  • Implement company policy, quality standards, marketing initiatives, and regulatory procedures
  • Ensure clear communication between head office and sales outlets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be key contact for retailer at local/regional level
  • Responsible for renewal of existing contracts with retailers
  • Drive sales revenues by managing kiosk KPIs (L4L performance, range/waste/product mix, TOP 20 availability, production plan, average transaction value, marketing campaign participation, quality checks, recipe compliance, hygiene basics)
  • Establish pro-active sales activities (2 tastings per day, customer interaction, sales training)
  • Organise internal sales competitions
  • Ensure franchise partners complete sales/customer experience training
  • Manage retail relationships with business updates and business reviews
  • Represent Sushi Daily brand at local level
  • Manage franchise partner relationships via monthly visits recorded in GEMBA
  • Coach franchise partners on optimising business and create action plans
  • Assure respect of global contract agreement
  • Complete sign-off of new franchise partners
  • Ensure training on store regulations
  • Create documentation for kiosk operations
  • Implement actions from Partner Survey and CEO Listening sessions
  • Conduct one/two business reviews with franchise partners

Requirements

  • Ideally located in Frankfurt or Kassel
  • Experience managing franchise partners or retail relationships
  • Acute business acumen for analyzing stats and figures
  • Experience driving sales performance and operational excellence
  • Ability to travel 80% of time in the field
  • AI competency: Experience using AI-powered tools and technologies
  • Valid driver's license for company car
