Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Job Responsibility

  • Report and work closely with the Head of Region/Directors to ensure full operational duties on your Region and ensure all KPIs are met with contractual compliance
  • Lead and engage a team in line with the operational strategy, ensuring that an excellent service is provided as standard
  • Develop your region by working with your line manager to achieve the goals and objectives required to drive the business forward
  • Attend client meetings and be the face of the business
  • Accomplish regional sales and financial targets set by the head of your department
  • Complete various people management duties, from recruitment, selection, attendance and annual leave, along with the collation of all weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll inputting and processing

Requirements

  • Experience of managing a team by leading, engaging and coaching
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with a range of people at different levels
  • Good knowledge of Windows software, especially Outlook
