Job Responsibility
Formulating and executing a comprehensive marketing and campaign strategy for SEA to support brand objectives and institutional growth
Directing student recruitment marketing initiatives across undergraduate, postgraduate, and clearing cycles
Implementing integrated marketing efforts to drive visibility, enrolment, and engagement
Supervising the creation of audience-centric content and campaign assets while ensuring brand consistency
Coordinating logistics for high-profile activities like recruitment fairs and open days
Using market analysis and competitor insights for evidence-based planning
Applying data analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
Overseeing regional resource allocation, financial forecasting, and budget management
Requirements
Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and campaign strategies, within the education, services sector
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in people management
Proficiency in data analytics and using market insights to drive evidence-based planning and ROI reporting
Strong understanding of SEA market dynamics and audience-centric content creation
