Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in aged care or community services or less formal qualifications with extensive management and specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level
A deep understanding of aged care legislation, regulation, Aged Care Quality Standards, program requirements and clinical governance requirements
Strong leadership with demonstrated experience in managing aged care or community service programs, including staff supervision and performance management
Proven ability to deliver person-centred, safe, high-quality services in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
Strong knowledge and understanding of Commonwealth funded aged care services and aged care regulatory model
