About the Role Job Title: Regional Manager – Northwest & Midlands Salary: To be discussed Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs Location: Based in Hinckley with responsibility for sites across the Northwest of England and the Midlands About the Role We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites spanning the Northwest, and the Midlands. Reporting into senior management, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high service standards, contractual delivery, and performance improvements across a broad portfolio. This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams remotely, develop managers, and foster excellent client relationships. You’ll balance operational oversight with strategic responsibility, driving efficiency, compliance, and growth opportunities while ensuring Atlas continues to deliver outstanding service. Key responsibilities include: Leading Area Managers, supervisors, and site teams with a focus on recruitment, training, and performance. Managing budgets and expenditure to deliver cost efficiency and contractual compliance. Building and maintaining client relationships at a senior level to safeguard and grow contracts. Conducting audits, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring quality assurance across multiple sites. Mobilising new contracts and driving service improvements, including upselling opportunities. Ensuring health & safety, employment legislation, and ISO standards are fully met. Promoting Atlas’ values, embedding integrity and corporate responsibility in all activities. About You We’re seeking a motivated, commercially aware leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment. You’ll be confident managing a geographically diverse team and comfortable balancing client expectations, financial oversight, and people development. You’ll need to demonstrate: Proven experience in multi-site management within facilities management, hospitality, or a similar industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing Area Managers, supervisors, or team leaders. Budget and KPI management, with a track record of delivering cost-efficient operations. Ability to build strong client relationships at a senior level. Familiarity with compliance, audits, and continuous improvement methods (Lean/Six Sigma desirable). Excellent communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of employment legislation, HR processes, and health & safety requirements.
