Requirements

  • Extensive maintenance experience within healthcare, care homes, housing, or similar environments
  • Strong knowledge of: Plumbing
  • General building maintenance
  • Basic electrics
  • Decorating
  • Gardening and grounds maintenance
  • Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
  • Experience managing compliance and statutory maintenance requirements
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with managers, colleagues, and contractors
  • Full UK Driving Licence
