Great opportunity for a heavy industry leader to lead the execution of wagon maintenance work and fleet reliability at our Narngulu depot. Leading a team of experienced Rollingstock Maintainers and trades, you will organise and allocate daily work whilst providing safety focused leadership. About you: From a heavy industry background, ideally with rail experience, you have strong front-line leadership exposure and a demonstrated commitment to safety. High level of skill in trouble shooting, fault rectification, minor repairs and the carrying out of preventative maintenance procedures on rollingstock or similar equipment. Demonstrated line leadership skills including task assignment, communication, problem solving and performance management. Ability to effectively engage team members, establish and sustain relationships, set clear direction and provide coaching.
