Job Description:

Allied Universal is hiring a Licensing and Compliance Representative. The Representative will ensure the company (MM1) is in compliance with all City, State and Federal and Contractual rules and laws governing the employment of all contractor personnel. This can include investigating, conducting audits and meeting with members of Operations and Human Resources.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and certify that all contractor personnel have completed and obtained all licenses required and that such is adequately reflected in their personnel files
  • Provide reports and documentation as requested by any authorized entity
  • Monitor and verify compliance with all requirements set forth throughout Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security Regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion. Must have proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions and materials in strictest confidence. Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player

Prior experience with Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security Regulations Licensing law or HR experience
