Job Description

Regional Health Promotion Nurse (Registered Learning Disability Nurse) to join their team to support people with learning disabilities, promote holistic wellbeing, deliver health initiatives, educate staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to encourage preventative care and healthier lifestyles. This role allows you to enjoy flexible working with the freedom to plan your own diary and visit sites 1–2 days a week, giving you control over your schedule and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • RNLD or Dual Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Clinical expertise including managing diabetes, gastrostomy, tracheostomy, PEG feeding, ventilation, and choking risks
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
