Job Description:

You’ll be a senior member of our Heat Pump Installation team and will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of air source heat pumps in your area. You’ll provide support to team leads carrying out installs and manage multiple jobs on a weekly basis.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee installations and provide input and direction as required
Collaborate with engineers and electricians to commission and sign off on installs
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
Onboard and vet new teams in your area to grow the business to the next level
Manage the day to day with a mix of on site and at home work
Take responsibility for the installs in your area and get the most out of your teams

Requirements:

Significant prior experience installing heat pumps (3+ years)
Prior experience managing teams of plumbers/engineers and electricians
Knowledge of the requirements to install, commission, handover, and maintain air source heat pump systems
Natural ability for problem solving and a can do attitude
Minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within the Plumbing and Heating pathway
WRAS Water Supply Regs
G3 Unvented
Valid driver's license with 6 points or less

Nice to have:

BPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installation
FGas
Gas safe
