This role exists to drive growth within Unilever Food Solutions by expanding customer reach, strengthening existing partnerships, and delivering superior customer experiences through data-driven and customer-centric solutions. You'll be part of a high-performing and entrepreneurial team that supports chefs and food service operators, helping them thrive while bringing Unilever's iconic brands to life in the field.
Job Responsibility
Drive business growth by expanding the customer portfolio (Reach) and developing existing customers (Grab)
Deliver on key commercial KPIs (Grip, Grab & Growth) and ensure flawless execution of sales and demo activities in your area
Implement effective customer engagement strategies aligned with local sales objectives
Leverage secondary sales data to identify and maximize high-impact opportunities
Collaborate with the Chef team to design and execute tailored customer activities
Lead or contribute to ad-hoc commercial projects as defined by the Sales Leader
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Chefs, Chains, and Sales teams to enable strong channel activation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
At least 6 months experience in Key Account, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Promotions
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset: You challenge the status quo, spot opportunities, and thrive in ambiguity
Agile, proactive, and a natural problem solver
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Fluent in Italian and good command of English
Nice to have
Knowledge of Power BI and/or eCommerce tools is a plus
