Job Description

The Regional Key Account Manager - Industrial / Oil & Gas will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients on a regional scale across North Asia. This role involves understanding the unique needs of each client, delivering tailored logistics and supply chain solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective account management. The Regional Key Account Manager - Industrial / Oil & Gas will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and alignment with client objectives, by acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts within that region.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to meet client expectations
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide training and support to clients on Aramex services and tools
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify and escalate potential issues proactively to ensure resolution
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service offerings
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Aramex services
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for key accounts
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for key accounts
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the account management team
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key regional clients
  • Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored logistics solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • 7-9 year’ experience in account management or sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain
  • Experience in Oil & Gas and/or Automotive is preferable
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships with clients
  • Familiarity with global market trends and customer needs
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, providing exceptional service

Nice to have

  • Experience in Oil & Gas and/or Automotive is preferable
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications is a plus
