Job Description

Shape the Future of Automotive Lubricants | Newly Created Key Account Manager Role. Spearhead growth in the Japanese automotive lubricants business in this newly created role. You will develop strategies for key J-OEMs, collaborating with global teams. The position offers significant autonomy to shape the business's future direction and requires close work with colleagues across Asia.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts within the Japanese automotive industry
  • Collaborate with global teams to align regional strategies with overall business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the J-OEM sector in Japan and across Asia
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at J-OEMs
  • Provide regular reports on market trends and competitive activities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • 10+ years B2B sales/biz dev exp. in Automotive/Lubricant industry
  • Proven record of delivering complex, profitable deals
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously and adhere to business priorities
  • Strategic mindset for account planning and negotiation tactics
  • Business-level Japanese & English (written/oral, TOEIC 850+ guideline)
  • Excellent analytical skills with technical aptitude is a plus
