Job Description:

Manage the value of SAP SuccessFactors by streamlining regional HRIS operations through effective business partnering and project support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert, ongoing support for all SAP SuccessFactors modules and assist with regional implementation within the South Asia region
  • Deploy, optimize, and maintain HR systems to ensure robust operational support
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, workflow streamlining, and improvement of data accuracy and integrity in SuccessFactors
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency and user experience
  • Measure the effectiveness and timeliness of system issue resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Analytics, Computer Engineering, System Analysis, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and supporting key SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially within Employee Central
  • Strong understanding of HR system configurations, including data fields, workflows, permissions, and integrations
  • Proven track record in analysing HR data with experience generating data-driven insight reports
  • Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with business stakeholders of all levels to support their HRIS needs
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage project timelines
