We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Specialist to join our team in Berea, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees and managers across multiple locations. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for high-volume staffing needs across multiple facilities
  • Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization
  • Address employee relations matters by providing guidance and support to employees and managers
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Facilitate open enrollment for employee benefits, ensuring timely communication and assistance
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to align HR practices with organizational goals
  • Oversee the management of the HR inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Support HR team members in various tasks and initiatives to ensure department success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with multi-site recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong background in handling employee relations and engagement initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in HR administration, including onboarding and benefits coordination
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
