We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Specialist to join our team in Berea, Ohio. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources activities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for high-volume staffing needs across multiple facilities
Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization
Address employee relations matters by providing guidance and support to employees and managers
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Facilitate open enrollment for employee benefits, ensuring timely communication and assistance
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to align HR practices with organizational goals
Oversee the management of the HR inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Support HR team members in various tasks and initiatives to ensure department success
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with multi-site recruiting experience preferred
Strong background in handling employee relations and engagement initiatives
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively
Proficiency in HR administration, including onboarding and benefits coordination
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and leadership
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
