Job Description:

As the Regional HR Director, you will partner closely with C-suite leaders to spearhead HR strategies in alignment with the business strategy and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the HR team and manage the full spectrum of people strategy, inclusive of harmonising HR policies, designing strong talent frameworks and supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Partner with senior business leadership to drive the recruitment process for key positions, forecast talent needs and strengthen the employer branding of the organisation
  • Establish and execute structured talent management and development frameworks to systematically identify, assess, and accelerate the progression of high-potential individuals across the organisation
  • Drive employee engagement and employee communications initiatives to build a positive working culture
  • Spearhead the implementation of HR systems and processes, monitor and analyse key HR metrics to translate people data into actionable business strategies and optimize organisational performance
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws across all regional markets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive regional HR experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead and scale people teams in high-growth environments is essential
  • Strong foundational knowledge of regional employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and robust stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented with agility to thrive in a dynamic environment
