Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP role
Experience within the retail industry, working with store locations and associates
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail operations, including peak sales seasons, financial budgeting, and the impact of scheduling on employee morale
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills to effectively manage relationships with remote and on-site field teams
Mobility: Flexibility for frequent travel to visit various retail store locations within the assigned region
