This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our South Region Aon offices. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated expert to lead the Natural Resources Industry Vertical for Health Solutions. As the leader of this vertical, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of this industry segment for the South Region.
Job Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of natural resource industry Account Executives and consultants
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and provide industry-specific consulting services, including planning, process improvement, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects in the industry
Deploy firm-wide research and analysis to identify trends, protocols, and emerging issues in the industry
Lead and contribute to crafting and delivering thought leadership content
Stay up-to-date with evolving industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements
Collaborate with internal collaborators to develop and implement critical initiatives that improve our consulting offerings and drive business growth
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Health and Welfare consulting, with a focus on the Natural Resources industry
Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing consulting teams
Deep understanding of the natural resources employer trends, including its key collaborators, challenges, and opportunities
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop innovative solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong business acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client relationship management, business development activities, and team management
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and competing demands effectively
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience
