Commercial leader to own and scale Retail Media partnerships across APAC & EU. This role combines team leadership, strategic account ownership, and revenue delivery, with a strong focus on CPG brands and agency groups. You will lead a team responsible for execution and pipeline development, while personally driving the most strategic partnerships and multi-market deals.
Job Responsibility
Own and deliver regional Retail Media revenue targets across CPG, agencies, and non-endemic partners
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with clear conversion plans
Lead commercial strategy for multi market deals, ensuring consistency in pricing, packaging, and deal structures
Lead and develop a team of partnership managers / sales leads
Set clear targets, pipeline expectations, and performance standards
Drive accountability on execution quality, not just activity
Coach the team on negotiations, deal structuring, and senior client engagement
Personally own and grow relationships with top regional CPGs and agency groups
Lead negotiations for high-value, multi-market partnerships
Build long-term JBPs embedding Retail Media as a core investment pillar
