As a Regional Head of Sales at K2 Partnering Solutions (SSL Region), you will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales organization focused on SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow consulting services. Your expertise in enterprise sales, client engagement, and solution-based selling will be essential in positioning K2 as a trusted partner for digital transformation. In this leadership role, you will set regional sales strategy, build strong executive relationships, and collaborate closely with Delivery, Marketing, and Practice teams to achieve ambitious growth targets while ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive consulting revenue growth across SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow service lines
Own regional revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing consulting sales team
Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
Identify new market opportunities, industry verticals, and strategic accounts
Drive complex deal cycles, including qualification, positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with delivery and practice leaders to ensure solution alignment with client needs
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting using CRM tools
Represent K2 Partnering Solutions at industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategy and positioning
Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and recruitment teams to support growth initiatives
Promote a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and collaboration within the sales organization
Requirements:
Advanced English level
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record selling consulting or professional services within SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or enterprise technology ecosystems
