The Regional Head of Sales Operations - APAC plays a pivotal role in the company's commercial success across the Asia-Pacific region. This leadership position is tasked with steering sales operational excellence, fostering customer-centric initiatives, and aligning regional activities with global strategic imperatives.
Job Responsibility
Spearhead regional deployment of global commercial excellence strategy
champion adoption and enhancement of Salesforce.com
oversee data quality and drive user engagement
develop and roll out sales enablement programs
establish framework for monitoring KPIs
analyze sales metrics and deliver reports to executive leadership
collaborate with pricing analysts, finance, and business development on pricing strategies
manage regional Request for Quotation (RFQ) process
lead complex negotiations for strategic accounts
serve as link between global commercial excellence and local market teams
partner with HR, Finance, and Operations on capability-building and process enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline
over 15 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations or Strategic Planning within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors in APAC
expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com and CRM governance
advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau
proven expertise in pricing strategies, incentive programs, and commercial analytics
strategic thinker with track record of translating plans into results
