Job Description:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the candidate will oversee the full execution lifecycle of EP and EPC/EPCM projects across the EMEA region. He/she will deal with both industrial and public/ municipal clients, ensuring the integration and coordination of engineering, project management, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. He/she will lead multidisciplinary execution teams and guarantee that projects meet performance, schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary department, including all the execution-related main functions: Project Management, Engineering, Site Management and Commissioning
Define, implement, and continuously improve execution procedures and best-practices
Ensure integration and alignment between engineering disciplines throughout the detailed design phase, overseeing technical deliverables, inter-discipline coordination, and interface management
Guarantee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements
Monitor project performance through monthly reviews covering cash flow, cost-to-complete, schedule, engineering progress, and procurement status
Lead the resolution of major technical issues, coordinate decision-making across departments, and ensure risk mitigation across the execution lifecycle
Serve as senior point of contact for clients on strategic or complex projects, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely communication
Oversee resource planning, workforce forecasting, and team development to ensure adequate technical and managerial capacity
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all execution functions

Requirements:

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical field
15+ years of experience in project execution for industrial plants, with strong exposure to EP/EPC/EPCM models
Proven experience leading engineering and multidisciplinary execution teams
Preferred experience in anaerobic digestion, biogas, renewable natural gas (RNG), wastewater treatment, and/or organic waste processing
