Job Description:

We are partnering with a fast-growing retail group within the fashion, lifestyle and home & living space to identify a commercially driven Regional Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale their digital business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for accelerating online revenue growth, strengthening omni-channel integration, and building a future-ready digital ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives
  • Take full accountability for the full P&L, performance of the online business, overseeing key metrics such as GMV, net sales, profitability, inventory productivity, fulfilment standards, and marketing return on investment
  • Define short- and long-term digital roadmap including platform expansion, marketplace strategy, and cross-border opportunities
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT to ensure end-to-end alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or home & living
  • Experience managing DTC platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento) and key marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.)
